Signature Dining Experience

The Monaro Table

The Monaro Table is ' principal dining room - a space where the culinary traditions of the Australian Capital Territory and the surrounding high country are given the same careful attention the nation's founders gave to the city's design. It is a restaurant for guests who understand that a great meal is a form of argument about place, season, and craft. Every sitting is shaped by what the land can offer that week, and the menu changes accordingly.
