The Federation Ballroom retains its original 1927 pressed-plaster ceiling and jarrah parquetry floor - a setting that lends a formal dinner the kind of physical authority no purpose-built convention room can manufacture.

All event catering is delivered by The Monaro Table kitchen team, applying the same regional provenance philosophy to conference lunches and gala menus as to the restaurant's own service - no outsourced banquet platters.
Dedicated Events Coordinator
Each confirmed event is assigned a single coordinator who remains the guest's point of contact from initial enquiry through to post-event review - a deliberate departure from the handover-heavy model common to large hotel groups.
